You have a 30 day time frame from receipt of delivery to return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping. You will receive an online store credit for the item you wish to return. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in our online store only.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to any opened items that do not contain all the original packaging and support contents that were shipped with that item.
The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping fee associated with an online store item return. A replacement item of exact or like kind will be shipped to the original purchaser requested delivery address at no cost to the purchaser.*
*The replacement return item will be shipped via Standard Shipping Rate only. If the purchaser selects to expedite the return shipping cost of a replacement item, the purchaser will be responsible for any difference of cost necessary to do so. Standard Shipping is 4-8 days, and includes 1 day for processing and a 3 to 7 day transit.
